Ingredients:

1. In a large mixing bowl combine:

1 1⁄4 Cup Very Warm Water
1 tsp. Yeast
2 Tablespoons Honey (2 Tablespoons of sugar may be substituted)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1⁄2 tsp. Himalayan Salt

2. Then add:

Add 2 3⁄4 C. flour. Mix until well combined. Dough should hold its shape when made into a ball, but still be sticky. If the dough does not hold its shape, work in additional flour, 1⁄4 C. at a time until the dough does not “roll away”.

3. Cover with a lid or wet towel and let rise for 2-5 minutes.

4. On an oiled surface, kneed dough to work out bubbles.

It should have a smooth, elastic texture. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.

5. Cover with a wet lightweight towel or oiled plastic wrap.

Let rise until almost doubled.

6. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

The bread is done when the bottom of the loaf is lightly browned.

7. Remove from pan. Cool on a dry towel or wire rack.

8. Slice & Enjoy!
