This is for 4-72 ounce bags of SproutedWheat™ Bread Flour.

Ingredients: Organic Sprouted Whole Grain White Wheat, Flax, Sunflower Lecithin

Making bread just got easier! You will love the soft light texture of breads made with Sprouted Wheat Bread Flour. Sprouted Wheat flour is much easier to digest, and we've added a few other ingredients to make your breads even more nutritious and delicious. (Fresh ground Organic Flax and Sunflower Lecithin.) Use this flour 1:1 in your favorite bread recipe. When using SproutedWheat™ flour, cut your preparation time in half. (Simply mix well, cover and let sit for 5 minutes, then shape and let rise and bake.)
