This is for 4-72 ounce bags of SproutedWheat™ Bread Flour.

This flour has been created from organic hard white wheat (triple-washed and sprouted) and fresh ground organic flax. There's no need for extra steps or conversion, just use it 1:1 in your favorite recipes!

Please note: When making bread, for best results, do not over-mix.
